With its 500 enthusiastic employees, Footstep is an important employer in the Bruges region. Footstep is a custom-made company, created by the merger of the sheltered workplace Arcotec and the social workplace Loca Labora.
Footstep aims to create employment for people who cannot easily find a job in a traditional company. In order to consolidate this employment, it is necessary to have a good and sustainable business result.
In collaboration with Elpress, a modern hygiene area has been created by applying chemical dispensers, fences and washing troughs with integrated hand dryers. It ensures that all persons entering the production areas have followed a careful hygiene protocol.
