The Brugse Vleescentrale is a market-oriented company where the end product, 'fresh meat and meat preparations ready for consumption', occupies a central position. This family business was established on 1 October 1977.
They have modern production halls, where food safety and hygiene are of outmost importance. The products are cut and packed according to their own production, before they find their way to the customers in modern refrigerated vehicles.
In cooperation with Elpress, a modern crate washer, a cleaning system (40 bar) and several practical hygiene sluices have been installed. The aforementioned systems are used on a daily basis and to our satisfaction.
